These terms apply to services provided by True Canine Training. Please read them alongside any program-specific agreement supplied at booking. Any additional terms, including pricing and scheduling requirements, will be agreed upon before services begin.
True Canine Training provides board and train, in-home training, and refresher training for past clients. Training may address obedience, house manners, communication, and behavior concerns.
The goals, format, and duration of your program will be discussed before booking. Board and train and in-home programs include owner instruction and lifetime follow-up support. The arrangements for that support will be explained as part of your program agreement.
Program prices, payment methods, deposits, and payment deadlines will be provided before booking. Payments must follow the schedule agreed upon for your services.
Any additional services or charges require your agreement before they are added.
Please contact True Canine Training as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation notice requirements, fees, deposit terms, and refund eligibility will follow the policy provided and agreed upon at booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Owners must provide accurate information about their dog’s health, medications, behavior, and any history of biting or aggression before training begins.
Please notify us of any changes that may affect participation. Vaccination and other health requirements will be explained before your program starts. Training may need to be postponed or adjusted if a health or safety concern arises.
Owners are responsible for providing accurate information and following the handling and practice instructions given during training.
Dogs’ responses can vary according to their history, health, environment, and continued practice. Any specific training commitments will be stated in your program agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any additional provisions concerning risk or liability must be set out in the signed service agreement.
We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with service providers as needed to operate our business, with your consent, or when required by law.
Training materials created by True Canine Training, including videos, handouts, and written instructions, remain our intellectual property.
You may use materials supplied to you for training your own dog. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires prior written permission.
We welcome feedback about your experience. Permission to publish your testimonial, name, photographs, or videos for promotional purposes will be requested separately where appropriate. Purchasing services does not automatically grant that permission.
These terms are intended to be governed by applicable Arizona law, subject to any mandatory legal protections.
If a concern arises, please contact us so we can try to resolve it directly. Any agreement to mediation or arbitration must be made separately in writing.
We may update these terms and post the revised version on this page with an effective date.
Changes will apply to future bookings. Changes to an existing service agreement require the agreement of both parties, unless otherwise required by law.
